This was a replacement of a rotten timber deck.
The subframe had rotted from a lack of airflow to the joists, as they were in closed by the garden walls.
We opted for a plastic pro subframe so it would become a problem in the future by rotting again.
Then we laid Millboard limed oak deck boards to finish, giving this entertaining area a new fresh look.
