Initially, the client asked us to repair a few broken posts, however it wasn’t long before we realised the subframe hadn’t been very well constructed.
The clients decided to remove the rotten timber deck and replace it, like for like in design, but using Trex transcend island mist decking boards.
We re-installed new timber posts and a hand rail with stainless wire rope to match the patio balustrade.
The final product was excellent.
